Paul White, Chief Executive Officer
A Resilience Board Director prior to assuming the CEO role about two years ago, Paul White has more than 23 years experience in managing, advising and financing the growth of early stage businesses. Most recently, Paul led the acquisition and complete restructuring of Novazone, Inc., positioning the company as the leading provider of clean technology solutions to make food and water safe and fresh, in the process building industry-leading customers in 16 countries, rapidly growing revenues, and a strong team. Prior to Novazone, Paul financed and assisted early stage information technology companies as a General Partner at Fremont Ventures. Earlier in his career, Paul was CEO of Med-Mart, where he architected the successful restructuring of this home medical equipment and services business. Before that he was a Product Manager at 3Com Corporation, where he managed the rapid growth of computer networking product lines; and he worked for Bain and Company, one of the worldwide leaders in strategy consulting, and for TA Associates, one of the largest and oldest risk capital firms in the U.S. Paul holds a BA in Government from Pomona College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steve Yount, Senior Vice President of Sales
Steve Yount leads Resilience's sales efforts across the Americas, Asia and Europe. He brings more than 20 years of sales leadership, business development and marketing experience to the company. Steve's hands-on approach with customers has proven successful in delivering consistently strong results combined with high customer satisfaction. He led two emerging software companies to over $100 million in revenues and has held senior positions at IBM, Uccel, Legent, Neuron Data, and Symix. His solution knowledge is extensive, with depth in enterprise software, security solutions, web services, hosted applications, subscription services, and ebusiness product categories. Steve earned a BS in Business from the University of Illinois.

Jonathan Lundell, Chief Technology Officer
The founding engineer of Resilience in 1995, Jonathan Lundell has over 35 years experience in the computer industry. He is a recognized expert on high availability and fault-tolerant server technology, from years of systems and subsystems hardware design and work on software and hardware products. Jonathan is responsible for the architectural specifications and development of Resilience's fault-tolerant servers and appliance platforms. An early user of the Unix operating system, Jonathan was formerly Chairman, co-founder and CTO of Opus Systems. Prior to founding Opus, he founded and later sold MiniComputer Technology, a computer and peripherals manufacturer. Jonathan, who studied philosophy and mathematics at New College of Florida, is a member of the Jericho Forum, the leading IT security thought-leadership association dedicated to advancing secure business in a global
open-network environment.

Eric Brower, Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Eric Brower brings over 15 years of leadership, software architecture and development experience to Resilience. Eric's focus on quality, user-centric design, and leveraged development have won him customer acclaim and generated demonstrable intellectual property, value and market growth to Resilience. Prior to Resilience, Eric held architect and technical development positions with several successful Silicon Valley technology start-ups in the electronic commerce and economic modeling fields, where he researched and developed significant intellectual property for early-stage investors. At Sun Microsystems' Sun Service division, Eric was a key member of the architecture team that designed and implemented a next-generation worldwide support offering that provided advanced remote system diagnostics to top-tier customers. Actively involved with the Linux and Open Source software community for over a decade, Eric is a contributor to the Linux kernel and several open source projects. He holds a BS from Humboldt State University and is a published technical author with Prentice Hall PTR, technical reviewer for O'Reilly and Associates, and proud Eagle Scout recipient from the Boy Scouts of America.

Sean Scott, Vice President of Global System Engineering
Sean Scott has established world-class pre- and post-sales system engineering teams at major corporations, including Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard. Sean brought his expertise to Resilience in 1999, where he built a world-class team of "guru"-level system engineers. This team delivers critical technical expertise to Resilience's regional sales organizations and provides
world-class technical support and training to Resilience customers and resellers. Sean also implemented and manages Resilience's emergency response team, which performs failure analysis and repair at critical sites worldwide. Sean is a graduate with honors of the United States Air Force program for electronic warfare and cryptography for secure communications, and he served with distinction in operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He earned additional training and certifications from the following industry leaders: Sun Microsystems Certified Solaris System Administrator, Sun Microsystems Advanced Hardware Fault Analysis and Repair, CCNA, CCSA, CCSE, RCSA Certified Instructor, and RCSE Certified Instructor.

Susan Berman, Vice President of Marketing
With more than 20 years experience in corporate and product marketing, Susan Berman has extensive experience formulating and implementing strategic communications programs, branding, developing and launching new products, and building constituent communities. Susan was a senior marketing executive at Apple for many years, where she helped establish and introduced a series of seminal computer systems and software solutions; and she played a critical role at Cisco Systems in its early stages, through its IPO, and afterward as it evolved into the communications and information technology front runner. Susan has also managed new solution launches and marketing programs for technology industry leaders IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Sun as well as a host of emerging technology companies, several in network security. Susan earned a BA in English from Queens College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Bob Lüders-Gibbs, General Manager, EMEA
Heading up Resilience’s European, Middle East and African sales effort, Bob Lüders-Gibbs has broad sales and management experience from technology companies large and small, in both hardware and software. Of his 27 years service in high-tech sales, the last 16 have been in security solutions. Prior to joining Resilience, Bob drove EMEA sales for U.S. companies such as Cloakware (content security and privileged password management), Permeo (SSL VPN and SOX), and L3 Network Security (security risk management), growing each of them from start-ups into multi-million dollar businesses. He is well versed in selling direct as well as in establishing and developing channels, across EMEA. Earlier in his career, Bob established PCSL throughout the UK public sector as the de facto standard in desktop security. Before that he served long stints with Memorex/Telex in IBM 3270 plug compatibility and with Raytheon Corporation in word processing. Bob began his career with 10 years in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces (gaining the Corps Sword of Honour from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst), where he attained the rank of Captain.
